on location Photography SESSIONS
1 hour session - $80

(30min Increments) - $40 each
Whether you are a beginner who has never done photography or a hobbyist who wants to polish up on their photography skills, join me for a 1 hour session where I can teach you how to stop using Auto Mode on your camera using these following photography basics:
- Aperture, Shutter speed and ISO
- How to read a Histogram
- Composition using the Rule of thirds
- Manual focus vs Auto Focus
- Depth of field and freezing/creating motion

Photo management helps maintain a clear and efficient workflow, allowing photographers to quickly locate, edit, and deliver images without wasting time searching through disorganised files.
File Ingestion & OrganiSation
- Import files: Transfer images to computer using a card reader.
- Folder structure: Organise by date or project.
- File naming: Use consistent and descriptive file naming.
- Backup: Make copies on external drives.
Image Culling & Rating
- Select best images: Eliminate out-of-focus or duplicate shots.
- Tag or rate: Use star ratings, color labels, or flags in software (e.g., Lightroom).
- Create collections: Group similar or related photos for editing.
Post-Processing & Editing
- Basic adjustments: Exposure, contrast, white balance, crop, and sharpening.
- Noise reduction & sharpening: Fine-tune details, especially for high ISO shots.
Output & Export
- Export settings: Choose resolution, file type (JPEG, TIFF, PNG), and color space.
- Resize/crop: Match output to platform requirements (web, print, social media).
- Watermarking: Add branding if needed.
- Naming & metadata: Embed copyright, keywords, and author info.
Delivery & Sharing
- Social media: Optimise for platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook).
- Prints: Calibrate for printing services.
- Website/portfolio: Upload curated shots to your professional portfolio.
Archiving & Backup
- Final backup: Store edited and raw files in multiple locations.
- Clean-up: Delete unwanted duplicates or temp files to save space.
